The NPFLEX-1000 is a next-generation, fully automated 3D optical profilometer that combines the power of white light interferometry (WLI) with unmatched mechanical and software flexibility. With an open-gantry design and 300 mm working space between the stage and objective, the NPFLEX-1000 is optimized for handling large or unusually shaped parts — including cylinders, bores, gears, and curved surfaces — with sub-nanometer vertical resolution.

From automotive and medical device manufacturing to additive and precision machining, the system allows researchers and quality engineers to easily measure roughness, texture, wear, corrosion, and more — even on complex surfaces — with minimal sample preparation and exceptional reproducibility.
