Product Overview

The FX-940UV is an advanced Automated Conformal Coating Inspection(ACI) system designed to ensure quality, consistency, and traceability of conformal coating applications on printed circuit boards (PCBs). Purpose-built to inspect transparent coatings that require UV illumination, this system leverages proprietary UV and white LED lighting, megapixel color cameras, and intelligent inspection algorithms to detect defects such as non-coverage, cracks, bubbles, delamination, and more.

With its Auto Train functionality, minimal programming, and rapid inspection time, the FX-940UV streamlines inline quality control in production environments. Optional side-angle cameras enhance defect detection on complex 3D geometries, while integrated SPC and barcode systems provide full product traceability.
