Overview

Accurately Count Unstained Cells

The software’s unique algorithm enables it to accurately count unstained cells in different vessels, making it ideal for applications like regenerative medicine. By repeating the cell counting protocol, the user creates individual growth data to estimate the timing for the next cell passage and when a cell culture needs to be sub-cultured to avoid overgrowth.

Fast Cell Counting and Confluency Checking

The software’s easy-to-use interface enables users to take fast counts and confluency measurements using a CKX53 microscope. Individual calibration processes are simple and measurements are analyzed based on multiple images for greater count accuracy.
Quick measurement shortens the amount of time your cell cultures are outside the incubator to reduce the risk of contamination.

Improve Your Cell Culture Process with Quantitative Growth Curve Analysis

  • Obtain reproducible quantitative growth data instead of manually counting cells with a hemocytometer and estimating the cell density
  • Data is saved as a CSV file for easy archiving and documentation
  • The overlaid image and original image file can be saved as a JPEG or TIFF
